In order to custom design training for each organization, we first need to fully understand the company and their people. To do so, we use a variety of research tools including assessments, interviews, focus groups, and surveys – which we custom design so we are getting the exact information we, and the client, wants to learn more about.
We find this research phase has two benefits:
1) we learn the right information for us to design a tailored program for your needs, and
2) we see that employees appreciate someone taking the time to listen to them and take in their feedback. It increases their engagement and commitment to learn, especially when they see that we incorporated their input into the training program.
